Established in 2002 as La Chaba Construction, our focus has mainly been on construction projects, which include new buildings, additions, renovations and repairs. Our client list comprises of Government agencies, learning institutions, commercial and private entities. We have delivered projects both within the country and beyond our borders.

In 2016 we made a decision to re-brand and the name was changed to Anex Projects. We also added a property development division which is focused on housing, office spaces and shopping centres.

Anex Projects is 100% owned by Sebabatso Makote, a lady with a banking and business background. She is committed to turning ideas  into reality through professional practices, cost management and timeous delivery.
